We really like URentDVDs and although the company is tied for second place, it is a very close call. In fact, most customers will not notice any difference between SugarDVD, URentDVDs or WantedList. In fact the differences are very subtle and only really discernable if you have become very familiar with each company over a long period of time. URentDVD's free trial is highly recommended. |

| High Quality DVD Library While URentDVD’s movie library is roughly half the size of SugarDVD’s, it is usually well stocked with recent and popular titles from a wide variety movies. Although URentDVD's movie collection is technically smaller in number, many times it seems larger because of the availability of titles that you are likely to want. Most of this is due to the fact that UrentDVDs closely manages their customer base and does not oversell their subscriptions. As an example, think about a crowded large gym vs. a medium sized, well managed gym. You are more likely to get better service and a better workout in a smaller gym than in a large, popular gym that oversells its capacity. We really like UrentDVDs and they have a great 15-day trial. We recommend that you take advantage of the free trials no matter what program you choose. |

| Easy to Use and Navigate We like URentDVD’s user online account panel. Their system is user-friendly and easy to navigate. You can easily search and find your target DVD movie by highly defined search parameters (title, performer, director, type / genre, etc). Similar to SugarDVD, URent also has a helpful movie-ranking system where customers will rank the quality of movies they have seen. This is especially helpful for adult DVD movies because movie reviews are not as common in the adult industry as they are for Hollywood movies. A great feature unique to URentDVD’s is the ability to view a 15-30 minute preview clip of each movie. |

| Great Customer Service While customer support is adequate, this is an area that sets SugarDVD apart from the competition. With URentDVDs, if you have a customer support issue, you need to call them in person or send and wait for email. For some people, calling and talking about issues relating to adult DVD issues may be inconvenient or awkward. On average, they are not as quick as SugarDVD or WantedList, but if you consider that URent’s 3-movie/month rental plan is $2 cheaper that SugarDVD, it’s a trade-off that could make sense for some users. This is another great reason to take advantage of the free trials - test the shipping times yourself. |

| Limited Program Offerings We like URentDVD’s Ultimate Plan which is currently $2 cheaper than SugarDVD’s comparable plan. What we don’t like is that URent DVDs does not offer a 1 movie/month or 2 movie/month plan like SugarDVD. As you use these program over the course of a year, some users may like the flexibility of scaling down (or up) to a service plan based on their viewing habits. So even though the Ultimate plan is cheaper, SugarDVD has a much cheaper 1 movie/month starting plan that may work for many users. |

| Easy, Hassle-Free Account Cancellation This is an important consideration. In fact, there are many other online adult DVD rental plans on the market, but if you see one that is not ranked or reviewed here, its likely due to the fact that we did not like their cancellation policy. We think you should be able to cancel any program at any time for any reason. |
